Mr. Harding provides legal counsel to numerous businesses in the capacity of outside general counsel with wide-ranging legal responsibilities including:

  • General contractual matters.
  • Employment law and disputes.
  • Sales and marketing legal matters.
  • Regulatory compliance.
  • Trade secret / intellectual property protection.

As part and parcel of his business practice, Mr. Harding regularly registers trademark and copyrights with applicable government authorities. He has also defended businesses in trademark and trade-secret misappropriation litigation.

Mr. Harding also has considerable experience in real estate transactions and disputes having represented commercial property developers, landlords, property management companies, real property investors and tenants. In his real estate practice, he frequently provides counsel in matters concerning commercial leasing, financing, development and tenancy disputes.

In a prior career, Mr. Harding held various junior executive positions with AT&T in the San Francisco Bay Area in the sales, operations and marketing departments.
